Though RDI was formed in 2010, the roots of the company go back to a 16 year history of working with the McDonald's system. RDI is more than just a software company. We proudly serve the McDonald's system with focus on improving the overall customer and crew experience.
Since 2017, RDI is a subsidiary of Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. Capgemini employs over 200 thousand people worldwide, one of its biggest customers being McDonald's.
RDI is currently operating solely under Capgemini's McDonald's account. One of the strategic development centers is located in Debrecen where we employ a team of 90 talented and highly motivated people.
The primary focus of our Debrecen team is on the backend eCommerce systems of McDonald's. Currently our systems serve mobile ordering - in-store or delivery -, as well as personalized offers in around 50 countries, from the US to Australia, through UK, Germany, and China. Our products are continuously developed in an agile fashion, using cutting-edge technologies and are handling millions of transactions each day.
RDI has not simply developed solutions for its client, but it is ceaslessly discovering emerging new technologies and supports McDonald's to take the opportunities of its more and more digital business surroundings.
